An example weekday
  1. 7:40amCoffee. No time for breakfast.
  2. 1:15pmHalf a sandwich at the desk.
  3. 3:30pmNothing. Too busy.
  4. 6:30pmDinner with the kids.
  5. 8:47pmKids asleep. Standing at the open cupboard.

The 8:47pm moment often starts hours earlier. That's what the quiz looks for.

You're not failing at 8pm. Your evening just isn't planned.

  • You eat well, or barely at all, during the day.
  • The kids go to bed, the house goes quiet, and you're in the kitchen.
  • You're not even hungry. You just want something.
  • You've tried apps, rules and "starting fresh on Monday".

Most advice tells you what to eat. It rarely looks at what's happening at 8pm: how much you ate earlier, how tired you are, and the fact that this might be the only hour that's yours.

Questions

Is this a diet?

No. There are no meal plans, calorie targets or banned foods.

Will I lose weight?

We can't promise that, and we don't measure it. The program is about changing evening eating and feeling more in control. Some people find that helps with their own goals.

How much time does it take?

About 5 minutes a day, plus a 60-second check-in at night.

What if I miss a day or have a bad night?

That's expected. The program is built around recovering, and nothing resets.

Is this medical advice?

No. It's a behavior and routine program, not medical treatment. If you're pregnant, have diabetes, take a GLP-1 medication, or have any health condition, check with your doctor first.

What if I often feel I can't stop eating?

Please talk to your doctor or an eating disorder service. The quiz will point you to support, and it's fine to start there.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment and it's yours to keep.
