How we handle your information

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask for your quiz result.
• Your quiz answers about evening eating. For the safety questions, we store only the overall outcome (for example "suggest support first"), never your individual answers.
• Basic visit data: an anonymous visitor ID, the pages you view and the campaign link you arrived from.
• If you buy: your order details. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card.

Why

• To create and email your result.
• To send the 5-day email course, only if you ticked that box.
• To deliver the program if you buy it.
• To understand, in aggregate, whether the quiz and program are useful.

Your quiz answers relate to your health, so we only store them with your explicit consent. We never sell your information and never share your answers with advertisers or ad platforms.

Who processes it

• Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email delivery), MailerLite (email course), Lemon Squeezy (payments).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Email [your contact email] to see, correct or delete your data. We'll act within 30 days.
